UV printing puts full-color artwork straight onto stainless steel drinkware: logos, photos, gradients and fine lettering, cured in place with a faint raised texture you can feel. Every UV printed tumbler, water bottle and can cooler we sell is built on a Polar Camel blank and made to your design after a digital proof you approve. Order one piece in the builder, or a few hundred through a quote.
How UV printing works
Full-color ink is jetted onto the cup and cured by ultraviolet light the moment it lands, so there is no drying time and no transfer film. We use rotary UV printing: the cup turns while the print head moves, which lets a design wrap the full 360 degrees in a single pass. The ink cures hard over a primer layer that helps it grip, so it does not peel like a vinyl wrap or fade like a sublimation print.
On dark cups we print a white underbase first (CMYK plus white) in the same pass, then lay the color on top. That is why a full-color design reads true on black or navy powder coat instead of looking washed out.

Most of our UV products let you choose a logo print for a focused mark or a full wrap. Water bottles and can cooler
All three bottle sizes are in custom UV printed water bottles; the can cooler is ordered from its own product page.
Care and dishwasher use
There are two separate questions: the print and the cup.
- The print: on powder-coated colors, the UV print holds up in the dishwasher. On the bare Stainless Steel finish, the print is hand wash, unless you add our dishwasher-safe print treatment to a quote.
- The cup: dishwasher use follows the maker's rating. The 20oz and 30oz Ringneck tumblers are rated dishwasher safe by their maker. No other cup has a confirmed rating, so hand wash it.
We recommend hand washing everything with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Skip scouring pads and rough scrubbers, which wear any print, and do not microwave.

Pack pricing at 6, 12 and case quantities applies automatically in the cart on most drinkware (the can cooler has no pack tier). How ordering works
- Choose and design: pick a cup in Build Your Own, upload a logo or photo and see the price. For bulk or business orders, request a quote; the price is calculated instantly and emailed to you.
- Send print-ready art: vector files (AI or SVG) are ideal; PNG or JPG should be 300 DPI at print size. Our print-ready artwork guide covers the details.
- Approve your proof: every custom order gets a digital proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
- Production: standard production is 10 to 14 business days from proof approval. Rush is available by arrangement before you order.
- Shipping: we ship to all 50 US states by USPS or UPS; transit is usually 3 to 7 business days.

Can you UV print on a black tumbler?
Yes. We print a white underbase first so full color stays accurate on black, navy and other dark colors.
Is a UV printed tumbler dishwasher safe?
On powder-coated colors the print holds up in the dishwasher. On the bare Stainless Steel finish the print is hand wash unless you add our dishwasher-safe print treatment to a quote. The cup follows its maker's rating: only the 20oz and 30oz Ringneck are rated dishwasher safe. We recommend hand washing everything.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one piece on the online store or in the builder, and custom quotes also start at one piece.
Can I get a laser engraved product UV printed instead?
No. Each product has one decoration method, listed on its product page. Mugs, travel mugs, the Two-Tone Grip Tumbler and the bottle boots are laser engraved.
