Thank you for choosing Karved Concepts for your custom drinkware. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, produce, and ship every order. All products are custom-manufactured in-house at our facility in Jupiter, Florida before being shipped to you.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate on all US orders
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders of $75.00 or more
  • We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional transit time may apply for AK/HI).

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We ship within the United States only.

Production Time

Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, all orders require a production period before they ship. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

  • Standard Production: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
  • Rush Production (+20%): Under 7 business days — contact us before ordering to confirm availability
  • Super Rush Production (+40%): 1–2 business days — contact us before ordering to confirm availability

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays enter the production queue on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers & Transit Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Orders ship via USPS or UPS — the carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the most reliable delivery.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • You can track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website using the provided tracking number.
  • Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Karved Concepts is not responsible for carrier delays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping transit time. For example, a standard order placed on a Monday could ship by the following Friday (7–10 business days production) and arrive within 3–7 business days after that.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Karved Concepts is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@karvedconcepts.com or (561) 899-8008 — we can only correct the address before the order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and any secure package locations (porch, mail room, leasing office).
  2. Wait 2 business days — carrier scans are sometimes reported in advance of actual delivery.
  3. Contact us at hello@karvedconcepts.com or (561) 899-8008 within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
