Laser engraving is how we decorate our 15oz stainless mug, our 20oz and 40oz travel mugs, the 20oz Two-Tone Grip Tumbler and our silicone water bottle boots. The mark is cut into the item, so it does not wash off. It is a one-tone mark, which makes it a clean fit for logos, names, monograms and short lines of text. The mugs and the grip tumbler are Polar Camel blanks, every piece is made to order, and you see a proof before anything is engraved.
What laser engraving is
A laser cuts your design into the surface of the item. Nothing sits on top, so there is nothing to peel or wash off. Because the result is one tone rather than full color, engraving works best for artwork with clear shapes: a logo, a name, initials, a date or a short message. Which products are laser engraved
The decoration method is fixed per product and listed on each product page. These are the pieces we engrave:

Our other tumblers (Ringneck, Skinny, Wine and Pilsner), our water bottles and the can cooler are UV printed, not engraved, and a product's method cannot be switched.
Custom engraved mugs and travel mugs
Anything with a handle is laser engraved. The stainless mug holds 15oz, and the travel mugs come in 20oz and 40oz. A one-tone logo, name or monogram works on all three.
Leatherette and grip tumblers
The 20oz Two-Tone Grip Tumbler is our engraved tumbler, offered with a silicone or leatherette grip. Browse the leatherette collection for the current options and colors.
Engraved bottle boots
Silicone water bottle boots take an engraved logo or name too. They come in sizes for 12oz and 20oz, 32oz and 40oz bottles. You will find all three in accessories.
Care for engraved drinkware
Treat the engraving and the cup as two separate things. The engraving is permanent because it is cut into the item. The cup's dishwasher rating follows its maker, and none of the engraved mugs or tumblers has a confirmed dishwasher rating, so hand wash is recommended. Skip scouring pads, and do not microwave.
How ordering works
- Pick a product, or start in Build Your Own to upload your logo and see the price. There is no minimum online; you can order one piece.
- For bulk or business orders, use Request a Quote. The price is calculated when you submit the form and is emailed to you, good for 30 days.
- Approve your digital proof. Nothing is engraved until you do.
- Standard production is 10 to 14 business days from proof approval. Rush options are available if you ask before ordering.
- Your order ships within the United States, with 3 to 7 business days in transit (Alaska and Hawaii may take longer).

Laser engraving FAQ
Can I get my logo engraved in color?
No. Engraving is one tone. If you need full color, pick a UV printed tumbler or water bottle instead.
Is there a minimum order for engraved mugs?
No. You can order one piece in the online store or the builder, and quoted orders start at one piece too. On quoted orders, a setup fee applies under 50 pieces and is waived at 50 or more. Wholesale and resale accounts have their own terms on our B2B wholesale page.
Are engraved travel mugs dishwasher safe?
The engraving will not wash off, but the mug itself has no confirmed dishwasher rating from its maker. We recommend hand washing.
Can I order engraved gifts for my team or clients?
Yes. Request a quote with your quantities and artwork. The price is emailed to you, and requests that need a custom quote get a reply from our team within one business day.
