Welcome to Karved Concepts, LLC (“Karved Concepts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (karvedconcepts.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

About Our Business

Karved Concepts is a custom UV printing and laser engraving business located in Jupiter, Florida. We produce custom-decorated drinkware, tumblers, mugs, and promotional products for consumers and businesses. All products are made in-house at our Jupiter, FL facility.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom and personalized items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or defect (see our Refund Policy).
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all artwork, text, colors, and personalization details before approving production.
  • Once a design is approved and production begins, no changes can be made to the order.
  • Karved Concepts is not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, or design that were submitted or approved by the customer.
  • By submitting an order with custom artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use all submitted images, logos, and designs.

Intellectual Property

  • Artwork, logos, images, and designs submitted for custom orders must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights owned by a third party.
  • The customer accepts full legal responsibility for ensuring they have the right to reproduce and distribute any submitted artwork.
  • Karved Concepts reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, adult-only, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Karved Concepts retains no ownership rights over customer-submitted artwork. All submitted files remain the property of the customer.
  • All original Karved Concepts brand assets, website content, and product designs are the intellectual property of Karved Concepts and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Production & Delivery

  • Standard production time is 7–10 business days and does not include shipping transit time.
  • Rush and Super Rush production options are available at an additional cost — contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
  • Estimated delivery times provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed. Karved Concepts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Florida in accordance with Florida state law. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout through Shopify Payments.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and specifications accurately. However, exact color representation may vary slightly due to monitor calibration differences. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Karved Concepts’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms or our product descriptions. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
