AI tools are good at art. They are not set up for cups. These four things decide how your print comes out.
Shape
Most AI images come out square. A wrap around a tumbler is wide and short. Ask your tool for a wide image, or use your art as a logo on one side.
Size
Small files print soft. Export the largest version your tool gives you. If you upscale it, check the edges and any lettering before you upload.
Words
AI tools often garble letters. Check every word before you upload. If something looks off, our team will flag it on your proof.
Method
Mugs, travel mugs and the Two-Tone Grip Tumbler are laser engraved in one tone, so color and shading drop out. For full-color art, pick a UV printed cup.

Print or engrave
Two ways we mark a cup
UV ink is printed onto the cup and cured in place. No film, no transfer. It can wrap all the way around. Used on the 20oz and 30oz Ringneck, 22oz Skinny, 12oz Wine, 20oz Pilsner, 12oz, 20oz and 32oz water bottles and the 12oz can cooler.
Anything with a handle is laser engraved: the 15oz mug and the 20oz and 40oz travel mugs. So are the Two-Tone Grip Tumbler and the water bottle boots. Your art becomes a single-tone mark, and your proof shows exactly how it will look.

What it costs and when it arrives
- Order size
- No minimum online. Pack pricing drops the price per cup at 6, 12 and a full case, applied automatically in the cart.
- Shipping
- $8 flat under $75. Free at $75 or more. Express is $15 flat. US only, and every order ships. There is no local pickup.
- Timing
- 10 to 14 business days of production from proof approval, plus 3 to 7 business days in transit. Rush can be arranged before you order.
- Returns
- Custom items are final sale because each one is made to order. If an order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from your approved proof, report it within 7 days with photos and we replace or refund it.
