Promotional Drinkware: Custom Tumblers and Water Bottles in Bulk

Promotional drinkware only pays off if people keep using it. We print and engrave custom tumblers, water bottles, mugs and can coolers to order, from one piece to a few hundred, for corporate marketing teams, event planners, brewery and restaurant groups and promotional products distributors across the US. Every order starts with your artwork and a digital proof, and nothing is produced until you approve it.

Bulk custom tumblers and water bottles: how pricing breaks

There is no minimum online: order one piece, or design it yourself in Build Your Own. Most drinkware gets a lower per-cup price at 6, 12 and case quantities, applied automatically in the cart.

For promotional runs, the main break is 50 pieces. Volume pricing starts at 50 pieces, and the setup fee on custom quotes is waived at 50 or more. Below 50, a small setup fee applies to custom quotes, and wholesale accounts add a small-order fee. If you already hold blanks and only need decoration, the minimum is 50 pieces and $100 per run. Lead times for event and campaign dates

Standard production is 10 to 14 business days from proof approval, not from the day you order. Transit is another 3 to 7 business days by USPS or UPS, so total delivery time is production plus transit. We ship to all 50 US states; Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer. There is no international shipping.

Working to a trade show or event date? Rush (under 7 business days) and super rush (1 to 2 business days) are available at an added cost, arranged before you order. Tell us the date up front and we will confirm whether we can hit it before you pay.

UV printing or laser engraving

The decoration method is fixed per product and listed on each product page. It cannot be switched.

• Full-color UV printing: stainless tumblers (20oz and 30oz Ringneck, 22oz Skinny, 12oz Wine, 20oz Pilsner), water bottles (12oz, 20oz, 32oz) and the 12oz can cooler. Photo-quality color with a faint raised texture. On dark cups we lay down a white underbase first so colors stay true. Best for full-color logos, gradients and wraps. Artwork requirements

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI and SVG files. Vector files (AI or SVG) are ideal because they scale without losing sharpness. Raster files should be 300 DPI or higher at the size they will print. How ordering works

• Step 2: submit the quote form. The price is calculated and emailed to you when you submit, and it is good for 30 days. Requests that need a custom quote get a reply within one business day.
• Step 3: upload your artwork and approve the digital proof.
• Step 4: production runs 10 to 14 business days from approval, then your order ships.

Is there a minimum order for promotional tumblers?

No. You can order a single piece online. Volume pricing starts at 50 pieces, and the custom-quote setup fee is waived at 50 or more.

Are these dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is recommended for everything. The 20oz and 30oz Ringneck tumblers are rated dishwasher safe by their maker; no other vessel has a confirmed rating, so treat it as hand wash. On powder-coated drinkware the UV print itself holds up in the dishwasher. On glass and bare stainless, the print is hand wash unless a dishwasher-safe print treatment is added to a quote. Laser engraving is cut into the item and does not wash off. Skip scouring pads, and do not microwave.

Can I return custom promotional items?

Custom items are made to order and are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, defective or materially different from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will replace or refund it at no cost.

How fast do I get a quote?

The quote form calculates your price when you submit it and emails it to you, good for 30 days. If your request needs a custom quote, our team replies within one business day.
