At Karved Concepts, we stand behind every product we produce. Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications using in-house UV printing and laser engraving equipment, we have specific policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items — No Returns or Exchanges
All custom and personalized products — including any item printed with your artwork, logo, name, photo, or custom design — are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This policy exists because custom items cannot be restocked or resold once produced.
Before production begins, we encourage you to review your order details, artwork files, colors, and personalization text carefully. Once production starts, we are unable to make design changes or cancel the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect every order before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was approved, we will make it right at no cost to you.

- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- We will review your claim within 2 business days and arrange a free replacement or full refund for qualifying items.
- Replacement orders are produced and shipped at the same priority as the original order.
Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Custom Items
In the rare case that a non-custom, unprinted item was included in your order, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@karvedconcepts.com or (561) 899-8008 with your order number. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
