Proof first, then production
Every custom order gets a digital proof, and nothing is produced until you approve it. Our print-ready artwork guide explains how to prepare your logo files before you order.
Standard production is 10 to 14 business days from proof approval. Transit is another 3 to 7 business days by USPS or UPS, so plan on production plus transit when you set a date. Rush and super rush are available by arrangement before you order. We ship to all 50 US states; Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, and we do not ship internationally.
Volume breaks
Online, most drinkware has lower per-cup prices at 6, 12 and case quantities, applied automatically in the cart. For larger programs, volume pricing starts at 50 pieces, with a case-break tier at 50 to 119 units and a high-volume tier at 120 and up. On custom quotes for our drinkware, the setup fee is waived at 50 pieces or more. See current pricing on our B2B and wholesale page.
How ordering works
- Pick your drinkware from all drinkware.
- For a few pieces, use Build Your Own: choose a cup, upload your logo, see the price and add to cart. No minimum.
- For bulk or business orders, request a quote. The price is calculated when you submit and emailed to you, good for 30 days. Requests that need a custom quote get a reply from our team within one business day.
- Approve your digital proof.
- We produce and ship your order.
Corporate gift FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
No. The online store and Build Your Own have no minimum, and custom quotes start at one piece. A setup fee applies to quotes under 50 pieces and is waived at 50 or more. Full details are on our FAQ page.
Are the cups dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing everything. The cup's dishwasher rating follows its maker: the 20oz and 30oz Ringneck tumblers are rated dishwasher safe by their maker, and no other cup has a confirmed rating, so treat it as hand wash. On powder-coated drinkware our UV print holds up in the dishwasher; on glass and bare stainless the print is hand wash unless you add our dishwasher-safe print treatment to a quote. Laser engraving is cut into the item, so it is permanent. No scouring pads, and do not microwave.
Can we return custom gifts?
Custom items are made to order and are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the proof you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
Do you ship nationwide?
We ship anywhere in the United States. Every order ships; there is no local pickup.
