Why a cup belongs in the welcome kit
A new hire uses a tumbler or travel mug every day, at the desk, in the car and on site, and your logo goes with it. The same cup works for one hire a month or a class of fifty, so you can reorder the same design as people join.
Which cup for which team
- Office teams: the 20oz Ringneck Tumbler, UV printed in full color, or the 15oz Stainless Mug, laser engraved.
- Commuters and hybrid staff: the 20oz or 40oz Travel Mug, laser engraved.
- Field, warehouse and site crews: the 20oz or 32oz Water Bottle, UV printed.

A name on each cup
Each cup in an order can carry a different name under the same logo. Send the list of names with your quote request, and the price for names is shown on your quote. Every name appears on the digital proof, so you can check the spelling before anything is made.
To the office or to each new hire
We can ship the whole order to one office, or send each cup to a new hire's own address. Shipping to several addresses is quoted separately from the cups. We ship to all 50 US states; Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, and we do not ship internationally.
Timing for a start date
Standard production is 10 to 14 business days from proof approval, and transit is another 3 to 7 business days by USPS or UPS. That is up to 21 business days from approval to the door, so approve the proof at least that far ahead of the start date. Rush is available by arrangement before you order.
Volume and reorders
There is no minimum online, so you can order one sample cup and see it in hand first. For larger programs, volume pricing starts at 50 pieces, and custom quotes of 50 or more include setup. On custom quotes, reorders of the same design have no design fee. Online, your own logo adds the $40.75 art prep & proof fee on each cup line. Current pricing is on our B2B and wholesale page.
How ordering works

- Approve your digital proof.
- We make the order in-house and ship it to your office or to each new hire.
