One proof for the whole run
Every custom order gets a digital proof, and nothing is made until you approve it. One proof covers every cup in the run, with each name shown if you add names.
Timing: work back from the event date
Standard production is 10 to 14 business days from proof approval, and transit is another 3 to 7 business days by USPS or UPS. That is up to 21 business days from approval to delivery, so approve the proof at least that far ahead of the event. Rush is available by arrangement before you order.
To the venue or to several addresses
We ship to all 50 US states. Send the order to the venue, the office or your home, or split it across several addresses; shipping to several addresses is quoted separately from the cups. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, and we do not ship internationally.
Small events and big ones
There is no minimum online, so a wedding party of eight or a family reunion can order online. For larger runs, request a quote: volume pricing starts at 50 pieces, and custom quotes of 50 or more include setup.
How ordering works
- Pick the cup from all drinkware.
- For a few pieces, start on Build Your Own and see the price before you add it to your cart. For a full run, request a quote with your artwork, the quantity and the event date.
- Approve your digital proof.
- We make the order in-house and ship it. Tell us your event date and we confirm we can hit it before you pay.

How far ahead should we order?
Plan on up to 21 business days from proof approval to delivery: 10 to 14 days of production and 3 to 7 days in transit. Rush is available by arrangement before you order.
Can each cup have a different name?
Yes. Each cup can carry its own name, all shown on one proof. Names are priced on your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The online store has no minimum, and custom quotes start at one piece. Online, your own logo adds a $40.75 art prep & proof fee; custom quotes under 50 pieces carry a $10 to $25 setup fee. Full details are on our FAQ page.
