A patchwork quilt all the way around the cup: squares of red, green, gold, cream and navy, each with a folk tulip, daisy or heart, joined by stitch lines. Her name sits on a cream patch with a gold strip under it for a second line.
Add her name on the cream patch for $3: NANA, GIGI, GRAMMY, or whatever the grandkids call her. Add a second line on the gold strip under it too, like AVA, NOAH & MIA or EST. 2014. Leave the second line empty and it reads WITH LOVE. A designed band runs down the back of the cup and can carry one more line of text, such as the grandkids' names. One $3 fee covers the name, the second line and the back band together. With no name, the cream patch reads GRANDMA.
