A school nurse's report card printed as a badge on the front of the cup: a red name plate, a gold plate for the second line and four graded rows: Ice Packs, Tummy Aches Solved, Fake Fevers Spotted and Bandages.

Add a name on the red plate at the top of the card and a second line on the gold plate under it, like NURSE JO / SCHOOL NURSE or NURSE PAT / HEALTH OFFICE. Leave them empty and those spaces print blank. One $3 fee covers the name and the second line together, charged once for each name on each cup color, not for every cup.

  • Art: a graded report card (ice packs, tummy aches solved, fake fevers spotted and bandages), designed by Karved.
  • Cup: 20oz Ringneck tumbler with lid.
  • Cup color: the badge prints on its own card, so the cup color shows all around it. Choose from White, Light Blue, Pink, Yellow, Black, Navy, Royal Blue and Maroon in the color picker.
  • Print: UV printed on the front of the cup.
  • Personalization: optional name and second line, one $3 fee for all of it, once per name and cup color, not per cup. The art is fixed.
